COPING WITH THE HOLIDAYS WORKSHOP
Please join us for an evening of sharing, education and support in coping, with the Death of a loved one. The grief journey is a difficult one; comfort and support can be found when we share it together. It is often helpful to know what to expect and how to cope with grief in healthy ways. Materials and resources, as well as refreshments, will be provided.
